We are called concierge.se for a reason. We see the service profession as a position of trust with a long history.
The word concierge originally comes from the French feudal society where there were so-called comte des cierges who quietly managed the important task of keeping the candles burning at the castle's solemn events. But it was pitch dark and no late party.
In the Middle Ages, it was the concierge who was responsible for the keys to the city's important buildings, which could be everything from town halls to castles and prisons.
Our view of service has been inspired by this; all our assignments involve a great deal of responsibility, we work in silence and we always do our best to make our customers more than satisfied.
